SP0 - Management
The structure of the project management is planned to be as compact as possible, providing an easy access to all partners while each of the partners can have easy access to the management body. The PERFORM 60 structure that is sketched in the figure below, is inspired from the successful FP6-project "PERFECT" "www.fp6-perfect.net"that was having a similar type of consortium. It has proven to be very efficient.
This structure clearly identifies responsibilities, duties as well as supervision of each management level. It is composed of a General Assembly, an Executive Board and the three sub-project coordinators : “Reactor pressure vessel”, “Internals” and “Users’ Group”.
